Hard-working and efficient Commis to do mise-en-place and also take over his/her assigned workstationInforming the supervisor of malfunctioning or broken kitchen equipment.Receiving delivered items, making sure that items are in a good condition, and properly storing them in appropriate storage.Keeping the entire kitchen, especially his/her workstation is clean and free of spills/hazardous materials that may cause accidents and injuries.Should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
