TRAVEL SPECIALIST / RESERVATION AGENT

Responsibilities:

Plan and sell tour packages and other travel servicesCooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, travel dates, costs and accommodationsBook hotel reservations and flightsDeal with occurring travel problems and offer solutionsAssess and process travel requirements and documentsAttend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends

*Join our tour groups as a tour coordinator to handle clients on the ground and needs to familiarize on tours

Requirements:

This is an urgent hiring so you need to be available to start immediatelyFull time jobExperience as a travel agent is an advantageKnowledgeable in computer reservations systems or online bookingStrong sales skills and commercial awarenessAbility to interact, communicate and negotiate effectivelySound knowledge of domestic and international travel trendsDegree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant fieldExcellent Customer ServicePersonal travel experience will be considered an advantage
