Responsibilities:
Plotting and Managing restaurant staff's work schedules and keeping track of their work hours.Ensuring that all restaurant staff complies with company policy.Training restaurant staff to follow standard operating procedures.Maintaining safety and food quality standards.Keeping guests happy and handling complaints.Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that the restaurant has all adequate supplies necessary for smooth and efficient operations.
Company takes care of importing and distributing food products from Europe. The company has grown in the past years and has successfully created new wine brands (the M Lhuillier wines) and wine for the masses (the Shanpelino wine). The company also imports olive oil, condiments, luxury imported dry food, fresh food like cold cuts and cheeses as well as cleaning and beauty products. All products are imported from Europe, mainly France, Italy and Spain with no products purchased from local suppliers. These products are distributed to HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), supermarkets and corporate clients.
