Service Delivery Functions: Assigned at the OFFICE OF THE PROVINCIAL ASSESSOR - Assessment Records and Management Unit, doing the following duties, functions and responsibilities: 1. Prepare and issue Certified Printed Copy of Tax Declaration as requested by the walk-in and online clients; 2. Verify encumbrances of Tax Declaration from latest to oldest series of Tax Declaration; 3. Prepare and issue Certifications for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Register of Deeds (ROD), loans, etc.; 4. Maintain an organized file of office documents in accordance with ISO QMS Standard and prevailing archiving/work safety model; 5. Prepare Traceback of Tax Declaration up to series 1948; 6. Perform other duties and functions as may be directed by the Department Head or immediate supervisor.
