Job Responsibilities:

Relays requests to respective departments.Handle reservation of amenities/function rooms.Welcomes and greets all guests when they arrive at the lobby.Confirms visitors and assists them to the elevator.Escorting visitors when needed.Handles complaints and concerns from tenants.Assists in getting transportation service they need.Handles guest incoming and outgoing mails and parcels.Provides information to visitors and tenants.

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.Open to newly graduatesWill be assigned at BGC (4 slots) or Cebu (1 slot)
