Responsible for building and maintaining relationship with clients to ensure that groups of at least 10 travellers and from company official events will be able to attend these events smoothly through the efficient handling of all travel, transportation and in-stay accommodations as well as logistics required during the event.

Brief Description of Job Scope and Responsibilities:

Assist clients by determining traveler requirements: destinations, length of stay, transit time and providing list of choices they may consider.Research on various destinations and means of travel in relation to prices, ,travel restrictions and visa requirements.Arrange fare quotation, booking tickets, hotel accommodation, car rentals and travel insurance for both domestic and international trips.Book air travel, hotel accommodation and car rental in both GDS and non-GDS facilities.Handle visa inquiries in coordination with documentation team, issue ticket for domestic and international flights, inform clients about flight changes, give alternative flights and offer different services like providing quarantine facilities and PCR Testing for positive client for Covid-19.Update clients by sending report on productivity and ticket issuance using the CAPP Global tool.Send email instruction to Accounting unit to bill clients for finalized booking and prepare payment request to supplier/providers and present to Accounting for processing through Bill back.

JOB DEscriptION:

Bachelor's degree in tourism, travel, hospitality, business or related fieldWith working knowledge as a travel agent/advisor/consultant handling domestic and international trip destinationsIn-depth understanding of GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre)Excellent verbal and written (English) communication skillsStrong problem-solving and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time, prioritize tasks and negotiate effectivelyHighly organized and detail oriented
