Job Description

Responsible for the management of the production / assembly section ensuring that all processes are effectively managed towards the plant's objective.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversees the production process and ensuring all products are produced on time with good quality while assuring cost efficiencyMonitors product standards and implements quality control programImplements and drives continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process & best practices.Managing production lines including mentoring & development of staffLeads & motivates the the team to achieve common goal and targets

Job Qualifications

Candidates must have a bachelor degree in any engineering course.Must have a minimum 2 -3 years working experience as production manager gained in Japanese manufacturing companyMust have an in-depth knowledge of Production Operation ManagementAbreast with ISO Standards- (ISO 9001, 14001,18001 /45001)Knowledgeable in production concepts such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, JIT systemMust be proficient in MS Office ApplicationsMust possess strong communication skills both oral & writtenWith exemplary people management skills2 vacant positions available
