Senior Manager

Candidate must posses Master's Degree in planning or a closely related field.With at least 5 years of experience in the planning profession.Three to four years of supervisory experience is often required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Capable of managing multiple, high-priority assignments.Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously.Ability to provide effective supervision and staff management.Ability to manage projects effectively and meet firm deadlines.Manage all workflow for projects and maintain control and manage an efficient inventory level of all safety stock and review all volume requirements for all production materials.Performs and manage LOI Application for New Product development.Assist and release purchase request in new product development.Assist to obtain and manage all orders and deliveries for all external processes and prepare reports to be presented to management and manage demand and supply of all materials.evaluate and prepare forecast all policy changes and recommend appropriate business requirements particularly in order adjustment.Perform and engage with the cross functional team (Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, Materials Management, Production, Test, Sales, Service), and provide production planning leadership as required.Updating capacity recovery plan as well as the ramp up and improvement plan.Complete month end analysis of Operations/Planning performance and issue reports.Forecast review for production manpower and capacity.Issue, control and close all WO/MO/SO/JO.Daily review of output, shipment, materials status with the customers.Participate in all evaluation meetings on weekly and monthly basis.Daily review of output, shipment, materials status with the customers.Provide reports to customers and push approval.Responsible for handling Quality problem, RMA, Deduction fee and claim handling.
