Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a large inventory of electric and gas commercial kitchen equipment and appliancesResponsible for performing preventative maintenance as well as scheduled predictive maintenance checks following manufacturers’ recommendation or/and as assigned.Involves installing new equipment, repairing leaks, maintaining settings on wiring controls, and replacing defective or old parts.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Industrial) or similar fields.Applicant must be willing to work in Doha
