A multinational semiconductor company is now hiring a Process Engineers to support our Semiconductor Manufacturing Operations in our Muntinlupa or Laguna plant.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ENGINEERING GRADUATE BS ECE, EE, ME, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING, MECHATRONICS, MATERIAL SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING PREFERABLY KNOWLEDGEABLE / EXPERIENCED IN FOL WIREBOND, MSDA PROCESS; EOL -MOLD DTFS LASERMARK PROCESS Responsible for providing technical support and guidance on process implementation and analysis to ensure conformance of the assembly process to set specifications.Ensures attainment of the station’s optimum yield capacity, as well as high product quality and reliability.Ensures proper implementation of established manufacturing processes. Identifies, modifies, and upgrades processes and controls in order to meet set quality, yield and turnaround time at optimum cost.

Work set-up: Shifting schedule, full-time on-site (open for Muntinlupa/ Laguna Office with shuttle service)
