EMAPTA is looking for an Executive Assistant for a temporary work-from-home arrangement until further notice but once required to report on-site, work location will be at our Ayala, Makati site. Candidates must be amenable to report on a fixed night shift.Key Responsibilities:Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clientsUndertaking the tasks or receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondencesActively maintaining calendars; coordinating and creating calendar invitations for meetingsTaking minutes of the meeting, maintaining diary, arranging meetings and appointments and providing reminders to keep everyone on-track and on-timeKeeping CEO/COO on-task with his assignments and projectsHandling travel itineraries such as hotel reservations, booking of flightsPreparing reports, presentations and briefsAssembling, reviewing, and processing of expense and financial reportsHandling all inquiries with a sense of urgency and importanceQualifications:Has around 5 years or more experience in being an Executive AssistantAmenable to work on a fixed night shiftHas conducive work space at home for WFH setupWhat's in it for you?HMO coverage upon hireExposure to international colleagues and experienceCompany provided unit for temporary work-from-home arrangement
