Job Description
Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
· Complete building services requests and submit record of completion to appropriate manager (e. g., warehouse manager, building services manager or administrative manager)
· Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions through correct entry of addition and removal of materials in the inventory system
· Coordinate management, flow and tracking of articles received and shipped among loading dock, shipping and receiving office and I/O partners
· Order and keep current inventory and distribute headsets
· Coordinate maintenance of access control door hardware
· Utilize access control policies and procedures in daily activities
· Work with all levels of management and outside services (e. g., parcel service) to troubleshoot administrative services problems
· Assist building or house services management with execution of center events and programs
· Communicate with customers and clients to ensure timely and accurate expedition of customer requests
· Generate inventory reports per customer requests
Candidate Profile
· Associate's Degree in related field from a four-year college or university with less than one year of relevant experience preferred
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multi-task and meet timelines on deliverables
· Detail-oriented
· Willing to take a shifting role
· Amenable to work onsite
