Job Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager, you will join the project management team to be responsible for launching and executing the operation of our business in the Philippines.
This role requires the person to be able to manage projects & processes to plan and implement operational expansion programs. The candidate will be recruiting and leading a team to drive projects to completion as well as establish team infrastructure for future growth. This role is for a person willing to take chances, try new things, and enjoy working in a complex, constantly evolving environment.

Logistics
In charge of mo
nitoring the Logistic partner (3PL) and cooperating with the internal department (CS, sales, etc.) to reach the KPI for Successful Delivery rate with COD.Follow the First Mile and Last Mile activity to ensure KPI On-time Delivery (OTD) to Customer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
