Labor Relation
Adheres to and helps enforce all policies and procedures set forth by the CompanyProvides support in the implementation of HR policies of the companyRoutes clearance and requests for preparation of Final Pay for separated employeesProvides office support services to ensure efficiencyFamiliar with labor laws, handling administrative cases, docu
mentation and mo
nitoring of all administrative disciplinary cases and employee relations concerns, docu
mentation and revision of perso
nnel policies and procedures.Lead administration of due process for all Termination Cases, End of Co
ntract and End of Training Co
ntract Cases. (NTE, Administrative Hearing, Notice of Decision)Co
nducts investigation for administrative cases
Statutory Benefits
Assist inquiries for SSS, Philhealth and other government statutory benefits
Admin
Handling and Inventory of Office Supplies and Fixed Assets
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.Have knowledge on statutory (labor law, government benefits, etc)Required skill(s): employee and labor relations, employee relations, employee benefits, Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizatio
nal and time management skills, good judgment and ability to resolve conflicts, ability to multi-task and operate effectively in stressful situations, can relate well with people, Knows how to handle co
