The Production Manager will be responsible for:
Planning, managing, and leading the day- to- day operations of the commissary/ manufacturing.Developing, implementing and reviewing project plans within a specific timeline and resources with accuracy and efficiency.Presenting developments and status of on-going initiatives to the top management.Providing guidance, direction, and training to different levels in the production/ manufacturing site.Handling administrative and people operations tasks.
To be successful, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)At least 5 years' working experience in a Food Plant/ Commissary/ Manufacturing set- upSolid experience in managing production, planning and control, quality managementExcellent leadership and communication skillsAdept in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong analytical and decision making skillsCan deliver results under pressure and timeline

All of which are serving fresh and natural food and beverages.
