Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of basic vehicle diagnosis, preventive maintenance services and minor mechanical vehicle repair in accordance with prescribed guidelines and standards by the Plant / Manufacturer and in compliance with the policies and procedures of the Company and the AUTOHUB Group.
SERVICE ORDER CHECKING AND documentATION
Receives Service Order (SO) from Leadman and ensures that unit Vehicle Report Card (VRC) is attached to the SO.Checks the received SO and supporting docu
ments provided by the Leadman and clarifies unclear information before vehicle repair.Logs in and out before and after service delivery in the prescribed system for every SO received to be able to track the history and efficiency of services delivered to customers.Ensures that repairs done are docu
mented and recorded after the vehicle repair
VEHICLE DIAGNOSIS

VEHICLE TECHNICAL REPAIR
Provides the vehicle technical service / vehicle repair to vehicles authorized by Customers as described in the SO.Performs 1000 km up to below 100,000 km Preventive Maintenance Service (PMS) / Quick ServicePerforms minor mechanical General Job / vehicle repair endorsed by the LeadmanInforms the Leadman / Service Advisor of the needed parts for replacement to be coordinated to client for approval.Coordinates with Parts Counterperson to get the required parts through Picking slip o
nce recommended parts replacement is approved by the client.Checks thoroughly the quantity and quality specifications of needed parts in co
nformity with the specifications reflected on the Parts Requisition and Issuance Slip (PRIS).Notifies the Leadman immediately if service delivery will require additio
nal time or in case of emergency.Co
nducts road test as authorized or endorses the vehicle to Leadman for road test when needed to ensure that all repairs indicated in the SO are completed and vehicle customer co

EDUCATION: Graduate of Automotive Vocational course
WORK EXPERIENCE: 1 year of relevant work experience is an advantage
