The OPEX Manager will ensure that the organization will operate efficiently and effectively. The position plays a vital role in partnering with the Leadership Team and the rest of the organization to achieve operational excellence, excellent customer service, and achievement of KPIs.
The position will support the Management Team of Nordic Medical Clinic to achieve its goal of providing holistic health care to seafarers through operational excellence, quality assurance, and process improvement.

Required Competencies
