Demand Planner

Job Description

• Analysis and consolidation on the demand and purchase forecast based on business trend.

• Review and understand sales/service orders and warehouse/production orders.

• Identify demand forecast risks and develop effective mitigation plan.

• Plan and coordinate product distribution activities to internal and external customer.

• Tracking of forecast accuracy against actual hit rate.

• Work closely with the cross functional teams to understand the root cause process and continuously improve forecast accuracy.

• MRP/EP output analysis and perform appropriate actions.

• Utilize SAP for advance planning tool to increase process efficiency.

• Develop continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, productivity and customer services.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Ideally with 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain, Demand and Supply Planning or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.onboarding date will be on January 2023.
