Service Engineer Responsibilities:
-Perform onsite Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance, Repair, and Calibration of different Test and Measuring Equipment.
-Conduct Customer Training on the Proper Operation and Basic Maintenance of the Equipment .Including the preparation of Presentations to be used for the training.
-Provide over the Phone and Email Support to customers.
-Supervise in the Installation and Repair of Gas Systems and other ancillary systems needed for the equipment.
-Communicate with principals for information necessary to resolve problems with customers’ equipment.
-Do sourcing out accessories and parts necessary for complete Installation and/or Repair of Equipment.
-Check customer stock level on consumables and spares of our supplied equipment and make necessary recommendations on items they need to purchase.
-Educate customers regarding our products.
- Create Service Reports and other Service documents.
- Submit detailed Weekly Report and Time Sheets regularly.
-Coordinate service developments and problems closely with the Technical Manager.
