Job Descriptions
1. Receives incoming cars from the seller by conducting vehicle acceptance inspection and verifying the completeness of car documents.
2. Conducts vehicle assessment by inspecting the vehicle exterior, interior, body structure, engine, and suspension.
3. Identifies vehicle defects and appraise the severity of each damage.
4. Performs quality and timely vehicle assessment by inspecting the vehicle in accordance with the JBAP inspection standard.
5. Accurately records the vehicle inspection findings through a mobile application or inspection check sheet.
6. Verifies actual vehicle information (e.g. Chassis no, Engine no, Plate no, & CS no) if matches the vehicle data which scheduled for inspection.
7. Uses appropriate tools in inspecting the vehicle and handle the vehicle safely to avoid damages.
8. Ensures that the vehicle for assessment is on the appropriate inspection area allocated by JBAP Management.
9. Ensures that day to day plan scheduled for inspection is accomplished.
10. Recommends development from the assigned task, work process, and any related to the vehicle and warehouse to improve output and lessen department cost.
11. Drives vehicle safely from storage to inspection area and from inspection area to storage area when necessary.
12. Arranges, conducts, and controls auction in order to implement quality, and customer-service standards by cooperating with other divisions.
13. Maintains good, clean, and constructive relationships with sellers/buyers all the time.
14. Respects and observes the work rules, other internal rules, and JBAP’s management policy.
15. Respects and observes internal control and compliance of JBAP.
16. Performs other job related functions as may be assigned from time to time.
17. Cope up with any other tasks and works whatever is necessary for the performance of auctions in a good manner in accordance with the management’s requests.
