QUALIFICATION:

High School Graduate, Technical Vocational GraduatePhysically fitAt least 1-year work experience in any manufacturing industry as a production worker/machine operator/production operatorKnowledge of various production equipment operations & manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs the following production processes that may be assigned (dispensing, sack tipping, blending, packaging).Follows the Daily Work Schedule. Advises the Production Supervisor or Plant Manager on issues and concerns regarding the schedule.Follows the Company Code of Conduct as well as all Work Instructions, Manufacturing and Packaging Instructions. Performs regular housekeeping of the production area thru (a) proper segregation of solid wastes (used/empty packaging materials, floor sweepings and other garbage generated); (b) cleaning of floors, walls, steel platforms and (c) proper collection of wastewaters generated during equipment washing.
