ntact for all HR-related queries for all entities;Assists in global recruitment and selection by posting job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview arrangements for all hiring needs across all entities. Provides support in drafting relevant memos, reports, and letters (i.e. Offer Letters, Acceptance of Resignation, etc.);Assists in o
nboarding new employees by liaising with IT on setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, and other employee materials and docu
mentation. Assists in offboarding separating employees by guiding employee of the clearance process, drafting of letters, and collating final pay information for payroll processing. Provides additio
nal support and guidance on HR interpreting, communicating, and relaying policies and procedures to all BW Water employees;Assists HR Manager in reviewing existing HR Forms, Policies, and procedures in line with business needs and government legislations across all countries or entities;Handles HRIS and employee databa

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development Management, Organizatio
nal Development, or similar.2-3 years of relevant experienceExcellent English communication and writing skills.Willing to Travel as and when required and work on-site.Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills with proven experience in general day-to-day practices and operations of the HR function in a multinatio
nal setting.Knowledge of Malaysia or SG Labor law is preferred.
