TOA Global, an offshoring firm providing accounting services since 2013, is looking for Practice Manager/Workflow Manager who want to level up their careers and support businesses in Australia and New Zealand.Qualifications/Job Description:Manage the workflow for accounting firm, including job scheduling, and job progress monitoring.Investigate and handle client complainsCollect client's feedback through surveys and other communicationCapacity to deal with client in zoom meetingsOverseeing the administrative tasks for the firm, including marketing, staff performance tracking, job cost tracking, and practice efficiency trackingonboarding new client to be a good fit for the role, ideally the candidate is3-5 years related working experienceHighly experience in using Karbon as practice management tool (ideal)Good verbal and written communication skillsAble to follow the agreed schedule and procedureAttention to detailsStrong accountability.
