BASIC FUNCTION:

Handles Inventory Management processes and controls.Supports to Warehouse Team Leader and Supervisor in a day-to-day tasks and activities, processes evaluations, improvements and developments.Submits required reports to the Supervisor & Operations Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handles inventory monitoring and controls.Provides data or reports on inventory analysis.Sorts, Organizes and stores inventory in the proper location.Responsible in the picking and issuances of parts/units for shipping.Continuously conducts necessary count and checking to ensure inventory accuracy on system vs. physical.Monitors returns and assesses damages incurred by the items delivered and/or on hand.Pro-actively participates and prepares for Annual inventory conducted by the Company.Monitors and maintains the most important warehouses and inventory KPIs.Provides reports on inventories and other related activities on Weekly, Monthly and Annually to the Supervisor (including safety related reports).Communicates and collaborates with other team and staff members related to inventories.Trains and guides new warehouse workers.Ensures that output efficiency of warehouse workers is optimized.Coordinates with Senior Analyst and/or Analyst on inventory related updates, issues and concerns.Reports insufficient, over, aging and damaged stocks to Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor. including incident of deviation from standard procedures during operations.Provides supports to the Warehouse Team Leader and Supervisor related to Inventory Management and Improvements.Ensures warehouse goals are met.Files Inventory management related records of transactions and activities.Maintains high level of health and safety standards.Implements 5S on a daily basis.Adheres to Company and other governmental safety policies and guidelines.Performs other related duties as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Accounting / Business related course/s and/or Engineering course/sAt least two (2) to three (3) years related work experienceGood communication skillsAbility to anticipate and solve problems Can drive or operate any equipment is an advantageAbility to meet deadlinesGood leadership skillWith Experience to any ERP or WMS systemKnowledgeable in SAP-B1 is a definite plusResidents in Bulacan is an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to apply
