Directs and oversees all activities related to the production of Gravure packaging materials and ensures monitoring of Production KPI’s in collaboration with other stakeholdersDirects and supervises implementation of production plan by controlling work area activities and production output conditions.Ensures that all activities within the Production Department are carried out effectively and efficiently based on documented procedures, work instructions, and standard test methods.Oversees production output and introduces improvements for effective machine utilization through benchmarking production data and raw material analysis consumption and machine KPI’s.Accountable for the continuous improvements and Operations+ implementation to drive on production efficiency in collaboration with leadership team and other stakeholdersEnsures good working condition and proper maintenance of all Production machines, equipment and safekeeping other company properties in coordination with Engineering Department and be accountable to coordinate with OEM’s in terms of machine and process improvementDeliver business results through enabling our business groups to improve baseline performance relative to cost, quality, cycle time and customer satisfaction through six sigma or continuous improvementIn charge of the safety compliance of all production co-workers – adhering to all regional and global best practices and promoting various safety improvement initiativesPerforms other duties as outlined in “General Duties and Responsibilities of Managers/Supervisors” including the performance management processes and the professional development of the direct reports.
