The Machine Operator is primarily responsible for the operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of assigned machine/equipment in accordance with proper handling instructions by the manufacturer.

Ensures equipment is operating correctly by utilizing monitors and gauges on the equipmentPerforms preventive maintenance on the designated machine in accordance with standard procedures and proper handling instructionsMonitors machines for problems and troubleshoots without delay to ensure continuous productionOperates assigned machine or equipment based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Complies with existing FSQ, GMP and HACCP standardsComplies with established safety and security standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of any Bachelor's degree or Vocational courseExperience as a machine operator in the same industry is an advantageHas satisfactorily completed all necessary training and certifications needed to qualify as Machine OperatorExpected to upgrade knowledge and skills in case of machine upgrades or replacementBasic knowledge of reports preparation, ability to comprehend
