Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- At least with 10 years related work experience in the construction industry, for medium to large infrastructure projects such as Hydro Electric Power Plants,
Wind Farm, Earthworks, Roads, Bridges, and other infrastructure projects.
- With in-depth significant exposure on the following operational activities:
- Responsible for organizing the department in accordance with the demands and requirements of the growing organization.
- Ensures that plant facilities and equipment are always in order and in good condition.
- Oversees both the implementation of the plants’ existing maintenance program and the overall operation of all equipment deployed at project sites.
- Ascertains the monitoring of equipment status and utilization, as well as the deployment of required equipment and manpower.
- Responsible for identifying the parts of the plant's facilities that are in need of additional work and necessary improvement.
- Works in collaboration with the operating staff, making sure that the plants are safe, efficient, and operational at peak conditions at all times.
- To provide training through mentoring and coaching the PED personnel, including its entire workforce.
- Willing and able to travel and be assigned in the project sites, anywhere in the Philippines, including Visayas and Mindanao area
