Assist the Client Facilities Management Team in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the facility including any designated technical administration, soft services, procurement, asset management and vendor management.
* Provide Administrative support in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
* Act as the first point for service request call (Help Desk) and requisitions through data and voice support platform.
* Understand the operational and technical requirements of the elements of the site for which he is responsible.
* Ensure that current contracts are maintained to provide necessary supplies and services.
* Review and spot check areas of responsibility to ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations to the client.
* Responsible for administrative activities including processing of vendor payments, preparation of vendor contract list including emergency contract list.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software necessary to create and maintain reports and logs.Excellent organizatio
