1. Discuss and ensure that department goals and objectives are clearly understood and supported.2. Reviews and submits reports on overall performance of PSM sustaining group.3. Supervises, directs and provide support to subordinates on sustaining activities such as set-up, qualification, etc.4. Prioritizes production hot lot.5. Sets specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time bounded goals for the following Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as;5.1 Attendance (absenteeism, tardiness)5.2 Skill Level Improvement5.3 Per Resource Utilization5.4 MTTR5.5 Audit Findings5.6 Overtime5.7 Safety5.8 5S5.9 Others6. Manages overtime and keep to minimum.7. Ensures adherence of the engineering staff to the standard operating procedures.8. Handles group schedule and balances manpower to ensure continuous support to production.9. Do monthly one-on-one performance meeting with staff, monitors, and appraises their performances.10. Analyzes and assess training needs of subordinates to ensure efficiency of skills and functions.11. Coordinates with training group for technicians’ qualification and other development/ training programs needed.12. Maintains and generates engineering documentations.13. Represents the team in scheduled and unscheduled meeting.14. Analyze problems, implement corrective actions and provide necessary documentation.15. Participates on various meetings, communicates & coordinates with concerned groups to address quality issues (8D, MRB & CAR’s).16. Recommends necessary spare parts’ stock level based on history and established life.17. Supports the implementation of TPM with focus on OEE, MTBF and MTTR.18. Initiates continual improvement project at least one (1) per year i.e. to increase yield and utilization, reduce rejects and downtime, cost reduction, etc.19. Interacts with other department concerning test and setup related issues.20. Ensures implementation of 5s in all areas.21. Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.

Education/Experience:

Graduate of Engineering course preferably Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical.-
