Qualifications/Job Description:
The main function of this role is to provide support to the Executives in a one-on-one working relationship. The SEA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office they support. The SEA also serves as a liaison to the other Executives and other senior management teams. As a member of the Senior Executive Services Team, you will be responsible for overseeing your subordinate Executive Services Officer's performance by providing best practices (technical and business process) and embodying the vision and values of TOA.

Work closely and effectively with the Executive to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, and to follow up appropriately.Act as a barometer, havin

bout the issues taking place in the enviro
nment and keeping the Executive updated.Engage in a “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role.Perform calendar and email management.Meet frequently with subordinate ESO for proactive support including preparations before critical meetings.Coordinate travel arrangements and provide organized resources (itineraries, agenda, meeting materials, etc.) for Exec’s travel and meetings.Manage a variety of special projects for the Executive.
