Responsibilities:
Co
nducts preventive maintenance system of the existing mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure system mo
nthly and/or quarterly.Co
nducts Inspection on regular basis of the electrical system, mechanical, and water supply system and its’ equipment and accessories.Co
nducts e
valuation of any reported busted bulbs of Emergency lights, cove light, fluorescent, etc. to identify if needs for replac
ement or can be repaired before requesting for supplier’s intervention.e
valuate for the needs of controls of identified electrical-related potential risk and enviro
nment aspects.Oversees the electrical repair and/or installation such as but not limited to wire splicing, electrical devices and equipment, etc.Oversees the installation and repair of the equipment, furniture and devices.Coordinates to building admin for any related electrical and mechanical co
ncerns that need intervention from their end.Actively mo
nitors the potential risk of electrical and mechanical failure and provide prom
pt actions to immediately address the concern.Coordinating and overseeing co
ntractors performing maintenance activities and quality controls.Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.Close coordination with accounting and HR-admin for the purchase and mo
nitoring of facility-related equipment, materials, and furniture, etc.Close coordination with OSH in work enviro
nment related health and safety risks.
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent professio
nal level experienceLicensed engineer is an advantage but not a requirementAt least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functio
nsKnowledge of OSHA and other enviro
nmental regulatio
nsKnowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities managementMust be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starterStrong procurement and negotiation skillsAppreciate working in a live enviro
