about your new Role
Looking to make a difference in the healthcare industry and collaborate as part of a high performing team, working with modern tools? Better Rehab is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator who will be responsible for identifying and resourcing International Allied Health Professionals suitable for permanent positions at Better Rehab within their specified region.
Your Responsibilities
Coordinate all recruitment activity in-line with established organisatio
nal processes and as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.Ensure job ad templates exist for each role & location and ensure templates are drafted in-line with organisatio
nal branding and regularly reviewedProactively source candidates using various tools such as l
inkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium Talent Search and relevant job boards available in the specified region.Create and care for active talent pools.Pre-screen potential candidates via phone.Present suitable candidates to the Internatio
nal Talent Acquisition Partner.Schedule candidate interviews with Talent Partner and or Hiring Manager.Assign written tasks/assessments to candidates prior to interview.Support Recruitment Campaigns within specified regions, partnering with our Marketing Manager.Assist with due diligence, onboarding, and post placement management.Work with the Talent team on various ad hoc recruitment tasks.Develop a Social media presence in the specified region.Stay abreast of industry updat
es and trends that may impact recruitment activity.Maintain recruitment databa

about You
You have a university, or any other related Tertiary educatio
nYou have at least 1 year experience in doing recruitment or administrative roleYou can take direction and work autonomously, as well as work as part of a teamYou have strong English communication skills (written and verbal)You have the ability to advocate for the organisatio
nYou have intermediate skills in Word, Excel, and OutlookYou are proactive, approachable, and intrinsically motivated
