SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITY
The main accountabilities of Service Advisor are a.) to receive and process vehicle repair requests from clients, and b.) to assist the workshop to ensure delivery of sales goals.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend to the customer's concern and requirements. Visual inspection of the vehicle shall be performed.
2. Create repair order for mechanical or body repair. Provide the job estimate including target completion date on the Repair Order (RO).
3. The SA shall complete the job estimate and discuss the details to the customer.
4. The SA shall monitor the development of repair in coordination with Job Controller.
QUALIFICATION/PROFILE/COMPETENCIES
1. College graduate preferably Automotive;
2. High level of customer orientation;
3. Good inter-personal skills;
4. Good knowledge on automotive parts and identify which parts need replacement or repair;
5. With good knowledge on accident claims, and insurance coordination;
6. Must be flexible and willing to learn
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3-year experience as a body repair estimator in comparable shop operations.
