Oversee the day-to-day ship operations from preventive maintenance & repairs, compliance to all the required licenses, certifications & marine regulations, preparation of the material requests & approval (tools, fuel, oil, and the like), conduct general ship inspection, and proper documentations of all the required reports.
Responsibilities:
Attends to the vessel regularly, details of every visit/inspection and maintenance on board must be reported and submitted to the Fleet Manager and/or VP Marine-Engineering.Preparations of dock repair order specifications; class survey items; required part parts for the hull, engine, and electrical; stores and parts to be identified & to be submitted 45 days before docking schedule for approval.Preparations of the yearly budget of the vessel.Analyze damage co
