Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or Relevant FieldPlan and manage annual projects according to CAPEXCoordinates day to day activities maintenanceFocus on the continuous improvement for future efficiency and cost reductionWork Closely with direct reports and performance of the contractorDevelop and Implement general and preventive maintenance procedures for vehicles and related facilityCreate preventive maintenance scheduleCoordinates with all departments regarding all vehicles and facility concernsMonitor the motorpool warehouse stocking systemWeekly monitoring and site visit to record status of repairs according to gant chart statusWeekly submission of reportsperform administrative duties as head of the department such as but not limited toPerform other duties as prescribe
