WHAT THIS POSITION IS about - PURPOSE
The aim of the incumbent's position is to understand the production process (Primary, Affector and Make Pack) and support production on day-to-day admin needs. Act as the inventory keeper for all the non-bom materials and raise purchase requests when stock running low. Support production management in preparing presentations, updating monthly KPI achievement board, consolidating waste reports, consolidating beetle reports and etc. Work closely with office staff to ensure good 5S3R in the office and act as document administrator for production according to IMS standards.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree holder. Engineering Graduate is a plusAt least 3 years of similar experience in production analysis function.
Excellent communication skills - English & Local Language.Hands-on experience in developing Power BI report. Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint.SAP knowledge will be added advantages Have strong analytics skills. Good knowledge in inventory control, document control, and admin task management.
