JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate in BS Civil EngineeringAt Least 2 years experience in Procurement at Construction Industry and has ERP experienceWith Supply Chain Professional Certification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Canvas suppliers, contractors and service providers for the best price and availability of requested items.Receives and reviews quotations/bids and resolves commercial issues with the vendor.Secures and evaluates justification for tender transactions in accordance with Procurement guidelines.Coordinates Price, Payment and Delivery terms with vendors.Reviews the technical recommendation and determines whether justification is sufficient and acceptable. Coordinates with end-users resolution of other technical issues between vendor and end-user.Prepares and endorses accreditation of vendors.Prepares and endorses performance evaluation of vendors.
