The Role: Spanish Purchasing Coordinator
What will you do?
The Purchasing Support Coordinator will be responsible for the administration of Coordinating activities with onboarding to SAP Master Data Governance and administration of the whole process through to receipt confirmation while interacting closely with all the Key Stakeholders.
Who would be successful?
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent courses.
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vendor creation process an advantage
· Knowledge in ERP system such as SAP / Oracle
· Familiarity with computers and related software (MS Office)
· Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours during high peak volume times during each quarter.
· Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail is highly desired.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
· Fluency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, is required
· Amenable to work in Cavite, hybrid set up
