Job Description

The Fixed Assets and Supplies Officer is responsible for providing support in maintaining the smooth operations of Fixed Assets and Supplies through accurate and time-bound communication, processing, and tracking of requested materials with the Supplier while ensuring all procedures and guidelines are followed and complied with.

PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATION

Communicate with the suppliers of fixed assets and supplies for the new mallsCheck forwarded requisitions prior to creating Purchase Orders (PO)Process the Purchase Orders in accordance to the established process and procedures of the divisionApply procurement and vendor enrollment policies and procedures, as well as department programs and activities, to ensure relevance and conformance with best practicesProcess requests in compliance with internal and regulatory policiesProcess the issuance of company cellphones to all entitled employeesProcess PO of uniforms, office supplies and fixed assets of the companyTrack the delivery and recording of purchased uniforms, office supplies and fixed assets.Conduct physical inventory according to the standard and schedule

EDUCATIonAL REQUIREMENT:

Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration of any related field

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

At least three to five years of experience in procurement and contracts; Must be willing to work on site in Head Office - Pasay City
