Initiates meeting with Operations Dept., Logistics, Quality, and CAR Leader to draw action plans.Lead the group in co
nducting Toolbox meetings and communicate to DBN CFD any update and issues regarding new parts, engineering changes, plant transfer, balance – out / launch of MY change prototype builds.Ensure compliance to production schedules to support 100% on-time delivery.Develop and provide mo
nthly standard hours and Finished Goods/Raw Materials Inventory forecasts for plant budget/load purposes.Coordinates with other departments regarding finished goods co
ncerns that affects delivery (quality issues, raw material delivery problem, line capacity problem, carrier delays). Communicates with CFD Dearborn/Asian and Plymouth regarding customer release/bank issues.Ensure compliance and on-time delivery of sub co
