At least High School Graduate and holder of Technical Training Certificate Vocational / NC II / TESDAAt least (2) two years’ work experienceMonitor BMS for changes outside the normal operating parameters and report these to the relevant personnelAdjust settings on the BMS systems as instructedLog information and distribute the information as requiredMonitor the CCTV during office working hours and ensure the back-up procedures are followedContact the relevant authorities during an emergency situationAssist the building management in the safe running of the buildingPerform other duties as required by the managementPerform related duties as required by clientAmenable to work in Ortigas Pasig CityCan join ASAP
