Over all in-charge of the office/store construction and renovationPlans and executes strategies for multiple projects including budgetingImplements preventive maintenance program of all electrical/mechanical machineries and equipmentManpower planning and resource allocation

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.With strong background in Facilities Management and exposure in constructionExperience in handling new store construction and multiple sitesRelevant experience in big restaurant chains, real estate and hotels is an advantageStrong leadership and crisis management skillsExperience in using CMMS softwareMust be willing to work in the Head Office based in Mandaluyong City
