Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall in-charge of facilities of the site (checking, repairs and replacement, coordination with contractors)In-charge of opening the officeTo handle employees ( Security Personnel, Lobby Coordinator and Maintenance Personnel), duties include monitoring, evaluation and trainingIn charge of Emergency Response teamAdministering site policiesOn call during emergency situations

Requirements:

With a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or any related courseWork experience on the same field is an advantage but not requiredWith good moral characterWilling to undergo extensive trainingCan work with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skillsPossesses a strong leadership skill that can manage a team
