Candidate must be a graduate of electrical, mechanical, electro-mechanical or any related courseWith at least one (1) year experience in machine operation in a food processing plant set-upMust have basic trouble shooting and repair skillsAbility to read and understand technical manualsMust have strong work ethic with the desire to succeed and advance with a growing company Ability to work independentlyAbility to multi taskHave a good knowledge of mechanical devicesAbility to use hand tools, measuring devices and testing equipmentAble to lift a maximum of 40kgFamiliarity with different mechanical and electrical partsCommitted to quality, safety and communication
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Set-up and calibrate machines at the beginning of shift to ensure proper working order Co
ntrol and adjust the functions and setting of machines to specified parameter Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift Mo
nitor machine during every production to ensure optimum running Troubleshoot and repair problems during machine operation Ensure that regular and preventive maintenance procedures are carried outPerform safety check on every machine Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output Create and maintain activity logs Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisor Ensure timely preparation and availability of all production materials to avoid shortage during production Communicate machine trouble with DP Engineering team Perform other task which may be assigned from time to time
