Job Description
Uphold the quality and standards of the organization
Strong engineering capability to improve productivity
Expertise in maintenance of centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, mechanical seals, centrifugal blowers etc.
Responsible for complete Operation control of Utilities like, Steam Boilers preferably Oil Fired and Coal Fired, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Air handling Units, Water Treatment Plant and Effluent Treatment Plant etc.
Ability to make PFDs & Process control
Plan & Implement a complete Maintenance program to reduce unplanned downtime or improve OEE
evaluate and supervise subcontractors to support maintenance and control the cost
Strong Problem analysis & troubleshooting capability
Strong skills in maintenance and repairing of big machinery
Plan and make Preventive Maintenance Plan independently
Build continuous improvement culture and apply KPIs in maintenance team
Lead and guide a team of Senior Engineers, Supervisors and technicians
Strong administration and people management skills
Awareness of costs and ability to plan & control budgets. Costing of projects
Ensuring the compliance of all policies and the safety policies while conducting work functions
Daily maintenance activity of all the machines including utilities
Follow up and direct people for all the maintenance activities
Maintain all records for the machine maintenance activities
Attend to all mechanical breakdowns in the plant. Troubleshooting and formulating corrective/preventive actions
Make training program for the technicians working on machines
Ensure proper reading of all the utilities in operation
Make SOPs and Work Instructions
Qualification
Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer
License Mechanical Engineer is advantage
With 5 to 10 years relevant experience
Willing to start ASAP
Willing to work in General Trias Cavite
