Responsibilities:
-Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection. Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.
- Directs the implementation of all technical operations and services.
- Track and communicate work request status and completion.
- Monitor all safety programs to prevent exposure and decrease liability for the property.
- Conduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance and janitorial personnel
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a licensed Mechanical (RME) or Electrical (REE) Engineer.
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Property/Building Engineer in a Property Management setup.
- With strong leadership, good oral and written communication skills, customer service oriented
