This position is responsible to support procurement operations in the Philippines for the Cebu site.

Manage RFXs, and co
ntract renewals. Negotiate with suppliers and strike a balance between cost savings and supplier relationships. Drive cost-saving programs at both country and regio
nal levels without compromising on controls and delivery. Ensure all expenditure is covered by robust contracts. Strengthen business relatio
nships with Internal stakeholders and key suppliers. Functio
nally accountable for sourcing, selection, and o
nboarding of new vendors. Work with internal cross-functio
nal teams to understand the requirements and develop procurement plans to support; Provide market insight to business and stakeholders.Standardize procurement practices across business lines, countries, and regions. Build a stakeholder engagement plan to support procurement strategy. Drive innovation & value add in both Sourcing & Procurement. Mo
nthly reporting on procurement spending, vendors, trends, and cost optimization opportunities. Should have good communication skills both written and verbal.
