The Role

As QA Officer, you will ensure compliance with policies and procedures based on underwriting manuals and guidelines. Completes quality evaluations that may be required at a regular interval. Monitor the quality of work of the Underwriting Team. Review and verify processed loan applications and documentation.

How you'll contribute

Ensure credit underwriting compliance with the policies and procedures to control riskVerify the correctness of the information and review various documents provided and captured on the system. Monitors team performance and adherence to SLA.Analyze quality assurance data and make recommendations for process improvement

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce, Finance / Accountancy / BankingAt least 3 yrs relevant experience in Credit Underwriting from Banking, Lending Companies, or FintechGood communication skills both oral and writtenKnowledge of credit process, monitoring and evaluation techniques, self-motivated, detail-oriented, verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
