Manages the administrative support functions of the site, including inventory variance reconciliation, the
credit process, customer service, communications systems, accounts payable, switchboard and mail
services.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop, train, and cross-train administrative employees in their respo
nsibilities to ensure proper support of the site. Reco
ncile inventories on an on-going basis.Identify and investigate variances and, upon approval, make appropriate adjustments.Take a leadership role in the organisation of annual physical inventory.Oversee the receipt, verification, and processing of all vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure all telecommunications equipment is operatio
nal and notify appropriate services when problems arise.Train and supervise front desk operators to receive and direct all incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.e
valuate work of subordinates and co
nduct timely performance appraisals.Oversees planning of menus and office refreshments, determine food service budget expenditures and coordinates purchases and ensures adequate supplies are maintainedRespo

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or equivalent amount of experience.At least 3 years progressive experience in an admin leadership role.Amenable to work o
nsite in San Nicolas, Ilocos.
