JOB DEscriptION:
The HR & Admin Manager will support the full scope of Human Resources & Administrative responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Employee Relations
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues reducing legal risk; conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations taking into consideration due compliance to labor laws and company guidelines to ensure due process is observed; promptly document and escalate complex employee cases to the attorney for advice and resolution.
2. Performance Management
Coach and guide the team on the company's performance management system, provide support in crafting and execution of IDPs and other talent management interventions to drive development, productivity, and retention; provide advice and insights in addressing employee performance issues or trends through critical analysis of performance data; gives feedback to the management about the implementation of PMS and propose recommendations as necessary.
3. Employee Movements
evaluate and review recommendations for employee movements, monitor activities and ensure timelines are met, provide HR insights and advice as appropriate, ensure that employee movements guidelines are effectively and efficiently observed in the company.
4. Employee Benefits
Manage and/or coordinate processing of benefits and ensure guidance to the employees on understand remuneration, benefits and rewards to eliminate under-utilized resources or misunderstandings; provide analysis, feedback and recommendation when appropriate towards a more efficient benefits processing.
5. Employee Engagement
Works closely with management and line managers in the implementation of programs for employee engagement and wellness, rewards and recognition to improve work relationships, build morale and boost productivity and retention.
6. Talent Acquisition
Facilitate the whole cycle of recruitment process by hiring the most qualified candidate for every job requirement and will promote a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and on-boarding process.
7. Administration
Oversees and administer the day-to-day activities of the office and perform other related admin tasks, as required by management to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 5-10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): General HR, Compensation & Benefit, Labor relations, Recruitment, Health & Safety, Change management, Organizatio
